Policies and Procedures

Cancellation Policy
A $150 non-refundable deposit is required to hold your child’s spot in any Found Stage program. This deposit is applied to the total program fee. The remaining balance must be paid in full four weeks before the program begins unless otherwise arranged. Once a program is full and a waitlist is created, families who have registered and paid only the deposit will be asked to pay the full amount so that we can provide prompt responses to those on the waitlist regarding availability.

Cancellation Policy
If you cancel 28 days or more before the program start date, you will receive a refund minus the non-refundable deposit. Cancellations made within 28 days of the program start date are non-refundable, as we are unable to fill vacated spots at that time. However, if a family from the waiting list is able to take your spot, a full refund will be issued. If Found Stage cancels a program due to low enrollment or unforeseen circumstances, all fees including the deposit will be refunded in full.

Payment Options
We accept e-transfer or cash payments at this time. If you need to arrange another form of payment, please contact us directly.

Absences & Missed Classes
There are no refunds or credits for missed classes due to illness, travel, or personal scheduling conflicts. Make-up classes are not offered. If a class is canceled by Found Stage, a make-up date or refund will be provided.

Age & Program Placement
The Dramatic & Creative Arts Program is designed for children ages 6 to 12. Please contact us if you have a younger or older child who may be a good fit.

Child Behavior & Support Policy
Found Stage is committed to creating a safe, inclusive, and enjoyable space for all children. We reserve the right to withdraw any student from the program due to ongoing unsafe, disruptive, or harmful behavior. In such cases, no refund will be issued. Children must be able to participate in a group setting without one-on-one support.

Pick-Up & Safety Procedures
For after-school programs held in public schools, children age 7 will be picked up from their classrooms. Children ages 8 to 12 will meet the instructor at a designated location. Parents or guardians must pick up children promptly at the scheduled end time. Please notify us in writing if someone else will be picking up your child.

Photos & Media
From time to time, photos or short video clips may be taken during class to highlight the fun and creativity of our programs. These may be used on our website, social media, or other promotional materials. Families will be asked to complete a media release form at registration, and participation is always optional.
